Higher Sex Education maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. We provide various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Higher Sex Education. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Pre-Orders- If you order and pay for Materials that we have not yet released, the following terms will apply:
● you may cancel the order by giving us notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the Materials are released by us and receive a full refund of the fees you paid for the Materials (without interest);
● we may cancel the order at any time by giving you a full refund the fees paid for the Materials (without interest) and will have no further obligation or liability for the order or the Materials; and
● an order may not be canceled after the Materials are released, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

2. All advice is given for educational purposes only. Melissa Hite DBA Higher Sex Education is not responsible for any decisions you make with your life.
3. All course material is copyright and shall not be redistributed in any manner without the written consent from Melissa Hite.
4. You will have access to the course for 365 days. Course must be completed, as well as coaching sessions, within this time. No refunds will be given for incomplete courses or coaching sessions.
5. You have 24 hours to message [email protected] if you'd like a refund. If you do not request a refund in this time, none will be given.
6. Coaching sessions are to be booked by client at their discretion.
